This package is created for babies age 16 weeks to 2 years, to teach them how to sleep all night and take long naps. Customized to your family’s lifestyle and desires for sleep training. Teaching skills like self soothing and connecting sleep cycles, we’ll cover everything related to baby sleep and you’ll feel confident with step by step expertise from your one on one sleep coach. Whether you’re struggling with the 4 month sleep regression or haven’t ever been able to get into a good sleep routine, our expert baby sleep coaches will make sleep a reality for you and your baby.

THIS SLEEP COACHING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Comprehensive intake questionnaire to give your sleep consultant details about everything that’s been happening with your baby or toddler’s sleep and your goals for them.

  • 1 hour phone consult to discuss how to establish strong, positive baby sleep habits including sleeping longer at night, lengthening naps, and falling asleep independently.

  • 30 min in-home consult to observe the sleep environment and make any adjustments needed.

  • 2 weeks of unlimited email and texting with your sleep consultant to be used within the 2 weeks after your phone consultation in order to troubleshoot or answer questions as they arise.

  • Full custom sleep plan for your baby that will include everything from a schedule, to step by step instructions on how to implement the plan with the help from a consultant by phone and email.

  • Taking notes during the sleep consultation is highly recommended!

  • While we respect every family’s personal sleep decisions, by purchasing a consultation with Sleep Tight Little Tikes, you’re agreeing to move your baby to their own safe sleep space if you are currently co-sleeping or bed sharing.

  • By submitting payment you are agreeing to Sleep Tight Little Tikes contract.

  • We value your child and your family’s wants and needs. We will do our very best to minimize any crying during your consulting experience however, we cannot guarantee zero tears during the process.
